Procedure & Documents Required For Admission
The Registration/ Admission form are available in the office on all working days. Admission/ Registration form should be filled and signed by the Parents only. Admission to Play School is open throughout the year for any child.
Documents required
i) Date of Birth Certificate issued by the appropriate authorities.
ii) Immunization certificate of B.C.G, M.M.R, D.P.T, and Polio.
iii) 4 Passport-sized photographs of a child. (2 Passport & 2 Ticket size)
iv) 2 Passport-size photographs of parents.
v) Residential proof, photocopy of PAN card/ Voter ID/ Aadhar card.
